In recent years, spandex a high-tech synthetic fibers is developed very rapidly, which hasoutstanding performance. The amount of spandex was mixed into fabric to improve thetextiles wearability, which is very popular at home and abroad market. Under the influence ofreturn to nature, the clothes wearing fit and comfort are demanded by people. While thepolyurethane products are made to clothes, just to satisfy the demand of the people. Spandexand polyurethane fabric are greatly promoted by this requirement. As the spandex fiber is veryflexible, in order to facilitate the order of processing, more oil than conventional fibers isneeded to add. Silicone lubricant is difficult to remove in the former process in particularly.Especially, the multi-containing spandex fabric, when the oil is not entirely removed. Thefabric dyeing properties will be greatly influenced. While the spandex is unable to endurehigh temperature and alkali. Therefore, the highly efficient and low-temperature polyurethanepre-treatment agent is necessary formulated.Orthogonal and single factor analysis methods were used to discuss the polyurethanescouring agent TF-109performance in this paper. Then two different complex systems wereused to formulate, the anionic/cationic/non-ionic three mixed surfactants and the anionic/non-ionic surfactants. The scouring effect of spandex fabric were discussed respectivelybetween concentration of each component prepared by pre-treatment agent. The good contentrange was obtained relatively. Pre-treatment agent mechanism is analyzed further. Two kindsof pre-treatment agent, which had better effect, and the polyurethane TF-109were comparedbetween the foaming properties and the differences in elastic properties of spandex under thesame conditions. It showed that the polyurethane scouring agent TF-109research, scouring agentconcentration is the main factor. The fabric whiteness is less affected by scouring temperatureand time. As scouring agent concentration increasing, spandex elastic elongation and elasticrecovery rate is to raise, when the amount surpass a certain value, the fabric elastic recoveryrate began to decline. Therefore, the concentration of scouring agent should be properly controlled. The optimum conditions for the scouring agent concentration is6g L-1,temperature80℃, bath ratio1:20, time30min. The anionic/cationic/non-ionic mixedsurfactants were used to formulate scouring agent. As the main ingredient of the compoundincreased, fabric capillary effect and whiteness had the trend AC-1815> MOA3PK> siliconeemulsion and ethanolamine. AC-1815is the most significant compound on the fabric scouringeffect, which can be used as the main component of scouring agent. The anionic/non-ionicmixed surfactants were used to formulate scouring agent. AC-1815is the most significantcompound. MOA3PK, Peregal O-5and NP-10which have a considerable impact on the fabricscouring effect. The best range components of scouring agent AC-1815:50~60%,MOA3PK:10~20%, Peregal O-5:15~20%, NP-10content of15~20%.However, there are still some problems in this experiment: in normal temperature, theanionic/non-ionic mixed surfactants pre-treatment agent is difficult to dissolve in aqueoussolution, the mixture was not distributed unevenly, which should be heated to a uniformdistribution in order to work properly.
