But given the current domestic CNC rotary table drive mechanism used traditional worm gear worm, in use fully exposed their lack of rigidity, low bearing capacity, and low accuracy, after full consideration of all factors, decided to provide the NC rotary table currently is widely used in all of the core transmission components using high speed and precision of the mechanical transmission device-Globoidal cam. CNC rotary table indexing accuracy and meet the requirements for continuous indexing of CNC rotary table, this new type of continuous indexing Globoidal cams. And post processors based on UG/Poster custom DMU80T Builder, the cutter had been dealt with after the NC program. Ultimate VERICUT-based realization of multi-axis NC machining of Globoidal indexing cam mechanism with emulation.
