As one cutting equipment. CNC turret punch is deeply welcome by customers at home and abroad, and more widely used. Because it has many advantages, like high efficiency, high automation, low production cost, automatic changing mould, flexibility,suitable for many varieties, small batch production. With the development of CNC technology, CNC turret punch not only get more and more extensive application, structure and performance also continual develop. Now most of all CNC turret punch have automatic programming software, their working efficiency and capacity for complex parts processing are greatly promoted. There are some companies producing CNC turret punch on domestic, but they are mainly copy from abroad, and the machining accuracy and efficiency are with a distance to foreign advanced equipment. Based on MT-200CNC turret punch, I study CNC turret punch to achieve the purpose of reducing vibration and noise by means of FEA, static test and dynamic and so on.The body of CNC turret punching machine is used to hold the whole machine, when the CNC turret punch is working, the body is vibrating with the ground. The beam is feeding part of CNC turret punch, its dynamic character directly related to feeding accuracy, but also affects working accuracy and feeding speed. The purpose of the research is to control CNC turret punch vibration and noise on the way of studying dynamic characteristics. Basis it. optimize CNC turret punch, and study static and dynamic characteristics of modified CNC turret punch.The main works I do:(l)Establish CNC turret punch model, analysis its static characteristics, acquire its stress and displacement on max load. Basis this, reduce the CNC turret punch quality and the head angle stiffness.(2) Analysis CNC turret punch modal characteristics by ANSYS, acquire its inherent frequencies and corresponding vibration model. In addition, get dynamic load by experiment, research CNC turret punch dynamic stress on dynamic load.(3) On basis of modal analysis and CNC turret punch structure, change CNC turret punch structure, thus improve its inherent frequencies, reduce the vibration.(4) Analysis beam modal characteristics and its transmission system dynamic characteristics, obtain beam and transmission system inherent frequencies. Contrast them, analysis the beam dynamic response.(5) On the basis of analysis the beam dynamic performance, lightweight the beam, to improve its response performance.(6) Through the experiment test get CNC turret punch noise signal, analysis the signal, analyze the causes of noise, thus to control noise.
