| Nanocomposites of Polyolefin, because of their excellent performance, areapplied in many areas especially in the field of wire and cable. The preparationof SiO_x/polyolefin composites became one of the focus for researchers, andreached significant progress, however, the research can go even further. Thisarticle is focous in preparation of aqueous silica sol of excellent dispersion andhigh stability. nanocomposites of Polyolefin are prepared by dual solution. It alsolay the foundation for Industrial production of nanocomposites of Polyolefin.In this paper, water silica is prepared by using TEOS and distilled water asraw materials, A alkali as the catalyst with sol-gel method. The influence of thecontent of silica sol solidification on the reaction temperature, reaction time andpH value, according to the analysis of experimental results indicated that thereaction temperature45℃, and the reaction time1.5h, pH value is about10.0,the preparation of waterborne silica sol solid content highest can reach23.7wt%.Use with orthogonal design experiment study anhydrous ethanol, distilled waterand coupling agent (KH-570) the different content of silica sol ζ potential effecton the stability of the value. Through mathematical analysis and SPSS analysisthree factors on the index influence significantly the the anhydrous ethanoldosage27ml, distilled water dosage54ml, coupling agent2ml the waterbornesilicon sol ζ potential is the largest, best stability.The experiment prepared masterbatch with double solution. Blended themasterbatch and melting of low density polyethylene to prepare nanometercomposite material and research the factors of SiO_x, EVA and mPE etc on theproperties of nano composite materials. Due to the silicon sol particles carryscertain negative electricity that take how much electricity (ζ potential size)have a certain influence on space charge, mechanical performance and scanningelectron microscopy (sem) of composite material. With the greater the power (the greater ζ) the inhibition effect to space charge was better, mechanicalperformance is good and the more uniform distribution of nanoparticles. The thedosage of two kinds EVA that content of VA content was14wt%and50wt%,was3wt%,5wt%and7wt%respectively. It was found that the compositematerials add VA content14wt%of EVA, shows mechanical properties,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and volume resistivity is superior to VAcontent50wt%of EVA.Added metallocene polyethylene (mPE) into material, wefound that the rheological properties and mechanical properties improved, andwhen the cocent of mPE was1wt%, the inhibition effect to space charge was best. |
