With the development of China’s coal mining depth, When sinking, groundwater brought a great of difficulties.In the prevention and cure of shaft water inflowing, it formed a ground pre-grouting of advanced construction craft and technology. But because of the lack of research and understanding enough for grouting mechanism, and the grouting is relatively hidden, When the slurry infiltration in soil, it can not in-depth study, the quality and effect of grouting construction method that people tend to rely on technical proficiency and correct, it is difficult to ensure the water plugging and grouting, and it can not effectively solve the practical engineering problems in the grouting process.This paper started from the research of grouting mechanism of surface pretreatment, it focused on the analysis of the penetration of slurry in the formation of the diffusion, and it designd the reasonable ground pre-grouting construction scheme through the study of the mechanism of grouting, the finite element software was used to simulate grouting penetration, the main influence factors of slurry diffusion and diffusion was studied, providing the necessary theoretical basis for the construction of grouting design. The results showed the relationship between the diffusion radius of grout, grouting time and grouting pressure.According to the typical engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of the engineering of Zhang Ji Mine, it was reasonable to design shaft grouting construction scheme, the use of monitoring equipment of bedrock surface pre grouting effects of dynamic monitoring.According to the monitoring data, quantity of grouting, grouting pressure and diffusion surface pre grouting was analyzed, it ensured that the grouting quality and management of water quality, and establishd the porosity of rock permeability evaluation system. It timely accessed to important grouting parameters, and provided important reference basis for guiding the ground pre-grouting project, it gained remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
