Improve productivity of mine is one of the important link of coal industrial production, so increase the hoisting container movement speed, speed up the transition process of acceleration and deceleration, Shorten the ascension of container loading and unloading time, use the large capacity, light weight container to enhance the mine productivity has great potential. But due to previous design constraints, the part lifting equipment safety factor of current coal mine hoisting system is not very scientific and the use of the container manufacturing materials is unreasonable. In order to make the coal mine hoisting equipment structure more reasonable," structural design and optimization of large capacity skip Based on ANSYS" project is presented. In this paper, introduces the structure design and optimization of skip bucket box.Firstly, this paper expounds the working principle of skip, and then make a brief overview of the main components of the skip, explains the large capacity skip current situation and development trend in coal mine, at the same time, combining with the experience of large capacity of the skip at home and abroad, the necessity of developping large capacity skip in coal mine. Final decision from some faults in the operation process of skip, such as poor unloading, part deformation problems, put forward the structural parameters of the large capacity skip is unreasonable, it is necessary to structure size parameters of the optimization, in order to get more reasonable skip structure parameters, to a certain extent, laid a good foundation for designing the structure optimization of large capacity skip.Secondly, introduces the basic structure of skip bucket box, and on the basis of the powder, to have mechanics analysis of the bucket box with strengthening rib, mainly from two aspects of constant coal density and linear function, to conduct stress analysis and calculation numerical of the skip bucket box wall, eventually concluded that two kinds of bucket box wall pressure formula, comparison shows that the density of coal have a certain influence to the stress of the bucket box wall. Then, the skip bucket box model is established in ANSYS finite element software, to load it, obtain the statics analysis results of skip. The results of validation that the initial design of large capacity skip meet their job requirements very well, but also found that the initial structure design of large capacity skip have a large optimization space, in order to get more reasonable structure parameters, this paper decided to optimize the structure of large capacity skip.Finally, from orthogonal experiment and ANSYS optimization module to optimize large capacity skip respectively, the two methods results of optimization are relatively consistent. Evaluation the optimization design process of large capacity skip, and sums up the optimization design process of large capacity skip, provides a theoretical optimization design guidance for the large capacity skip and other similar coal mine machinery.
