Finite Element Analysis Of Design And Structure Of Super Large Diameter Turntable

At present,China’s oil and gas exploration is developing to a deeper level,and the increase in drilling depth has new requirements for drilling equipment.The problem with the current rig turntable is that it does not reach the required through-hole diameter and cannot provide the rig’s ability to drill deeper.Aiming at these problems,this paper designs an ultra-large-diameter drill turntable,and analyzes and optimizes its key components.This paper first proposed the overall design of two types of large-diameter drilling rig turntables.The main feature of the two types of large-diameter drilling rig turntables is the difference between the power mechanism and the transmission mechanism.The plan is used as the final plan,and further completed the selection and verification of the main components in the second design plan,and completed the analysis and design optimization of the key parts of the rig turntable.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)The overall design of the super-large-diameter drill turret was carried out,and the design selection of the hydraulic motor,coupling,reducer and bearing was completed and tested according to the actual work requirements of the rig turntable Verify that it meets the job requirements.At the same time,the structural design and theoretical calculation of the straight and small cylindrical gears were completed,and the life of the bearing structure of the turntable was analyzed.(2)Finite element analysis is performed on the designed large and small spur gears,and their theoretical calculation results are compared to verify whether the design is reasonable.The optimized design of the main bearing of the turntable of the super large diameter drilling rig has been completed.
