The control efficiency of thermal fogger, which was widely used in the forest pest and anti-epidemic field before, is next to that of airplane. It is difficult of thermal fogger to be applied in controlling crops pests for vector of diesel, compatibility with the market sales of pesticides, and pollution of thermal fog. At present due to the research achievements of Jia Gongliu in the thermal fog stabilizer, the bottleneck of the thermal fog machine application in the field prevention and control has been preliminary solved. Yet by adding thermal fog stabilizer to solve the hot mist flowing problems is effective. There still need complicated operation in field. In order to solve this problem, to promote the use of this effectively prevent tools. This article is trying to create a new kind of pesticide formulation. On the basis of chosing a formula of fungicide for distribution which can not be found in patents, the study of smoke agent, condensation nucleus substances as well as the surfactant was made to develop a thermal fog special formulation. It is suitable for the prevention and disease control of growing crops such as corn. And it also can be used by sprayer and mist machine when dissolved in water. The thermal fog settlement tracking experiment and maize disease control research were also made. The main results are as follows:1. The filter paper method of cross medication screening efficiency distribution results shows that the Thiram and Azoxystrobin is an obvious efficiency combination for rape sclerotium bacteria and bipolaris maydis. When its mix proportion is10:1, the correlation coefficient is2.282..Five thermal fog vectors were tested in the experiment, all of them had good smoke effect.With diesel as a vector, and the thermal fog diffuses about2meters at5meters distance, while the horizontal distance5-10meters, the height of thermal fog was about3meters. The thermal fog diffuses about5meters height at the range of horizontal distance20meters. Based on the result, the optimal combination are decided as follows:Diesel oil150ml, Active compound50g, Accessory ingredient8g,O-152g,GLT1.5g.3. The distribution test of thermal fog droplets of Thiram and Azoxystrobin Mixing Hot Fogging Concentrate in the field appear that, in the field of corn, with the range of25meters, the amount of the thermal fog droplets is reduce with the spread distance increases, the number of droplets on the upside of leaves is between30cm-2and50cm-2, the number of droplets on the back of leaves is between20cm-2and40cm-2.4.The control effect of the Thiram and Azoxystrobin Mixing Hot Fogging Concentrate shows that:when sprayed by thermal fog machine, corn leaf spot disease control effect reached72.10%, and the mist machine is59.91%. In the control of maize sheath blight,when sprayed by the thermal fog, the control effect is68.14%;when by mist machine the control effect is60.31%.
