The mine roadway is an important channel of mine production, usually located at the bottom of the stope, mine’s daily production would lead to a redistribution of the rock stress surrounding the mine roadway, blasting vibrations of mining will disturb the surrounding rock and even induce instability and damage in the surrounding rock, these seriously threaten the safety of mine production. Therefore, it plays important theoretical and practical significance to study the stability and technology control of the rock surrounding the deep well mine.Relying on the project973" the mutagenic mechanism of deep hard rock blast and excavation inducing rock burst and rupture " and the project " the research of rock damage mechanism and its control technology under complicated conditions when large-scale high-stress power disturbs in multi-panel、multi-stope", setting the ore roadway of Dongguashan copper mine as engineering background, this article analyses the stability and influencing factors of the rock surrounding Dongguashan copper mine roadway, through theoretical analysis, site surveys, laboratory experiments and numerical simulation methods, content and the main results are as follows:Collecting the rock sampling of Donggushan copper mine, doing uniaxial and triaxial compression experiments on these samples, mechanics parameters of marble, skarn, serpentinite and siltstone are obtained and we get a preliminary understanding of the basic nature of the rock surrounding mine roadway.Using GSI system to investigate the geological situation in the area north of the Dongguashan copper mine line60, the rock joints distribution of the rock surrounding roadway、the rock distribution of the roadway and the rock strength index are grasped. Through subtracting the rock parameters with RockLab software, the rock strength parameters based on Hawke Brown strength criterion are obtained.Analyzing the monitoring data of mining blasting vibrations of Dongguashan copper mine, the law of the propagation of seismic waves is obtained, according to the empirical predictive formula of blasting vibration strength.The. numerical analysis method is used tu study the rock stability surrounding the mine roadway. Using FLAC3D software to create a numerical model for mine roadway, calculating and comparing mechanical response of the surrounding rock in both cases of considering and not considering dynamic load, a preliminary analysis of the impact of blasting vibration on the roadway stability level is maked.According to the mechanical responses of the surrounding rock, calculating the model in different filling situations and different support design, the impact of the rock stability surrounding mine roadway is simulated, providing a reference for the roadway support design.
