With the development of the modernization and digitization of the metal mine production management, visualization, interactive exercises and training of safety production has become the future trend of the construction and development of the digital mine. As an emerging technology, virtual reality technology has become more and more mature in recent years. Combining with the construction of "six systems", to simulate underground disaster accident in3D virtual mine, will greatly improve the Survival skills of the miners and reduce the incidence of mine accidents, which has an extremely important significance.First, this paper puts forward the overall design of the3D-MTraining which contains functional architecture, technical architecture, business database and map information database. In the process of disaster drills, the platform can make the optimal path decision to guide the miners to escape according to disaster diffusion model and the evaluation of the health system.Second, it studies the processing flow of the3D basic data modeling. The platform extracts graphic element information by interacting with AutoCAD application and deals with the map information by a special algorithm. At the same time, it proposes a fault-tolerant mechanism based on rollback algorithm to compensate for the deficiencies and defects of the algorithm. In this way, the AutoCAD graph can be used as the basic data, stored in a map information database in XML format, so that the platform can provide direct data sources for the optimal path and visual modeling modules. In the aspect of visual modeling, this paper Studies the visual modeling of3D tunnel based on3DS MAX. The visual scene of underground metal mine is established by adopting the editable poly as the modeling method, doing the smoothing at the roadway’s intersections and choosing an appropriate material and a suitable way of rendering.Finally, taking Guangdong province fankou lead-zinc mine as the application background, using its underground AutoCAD graphs as basic data source, the mine emergency rescue drill platform has been built successfully.
