| Many cartons structure designing workers in the design process, because of a variation of the carton's parameters, need to redraw the charts that they spent a long time to draw hard. The repetitive work let workers greatly be distressed. And carton structure parameter design system is designed to solve the problem.In this topic carton structure parameter design system WLZX is designed taking AutoCAD2010 as the platform, which is an open platform. We use Visual Lisp language and VBA that are taken with this software to edit components. Besides, refer to the table 1 of the National Standard Cartons Proportion in the Packing Material Containers Structure Design:<the International Cartons standard and provincial ideal size ratio>, after continuously efforts, finally finished editing the Parametric Design System that realized frequently-used carton structure spreading. Users in the use of this software process, foreign exchange window of system is the dialog window that is constructed by VBA procedures editor, the user can use this dialog window to input carton's various parameters, such as length, width,height,the amount of content, the thickness of the pad, and every other factors which in the structural design process needs to be considered as the factors parameters inputting into the all VBA dialogue boxes. Meanwhile, system makes various parameters data store in Microsoft Access software database. through the user's inputting all cartons' relevant data in VBA window, System will be in the database automatically search out data matching other parameters and take the assignment and calculation in the system background. After the user inputting all parameters in the dialog box, click the command button used to calculate in the VBA dialog box, the system will automatically calculate out manufacturing sizes, wave cover width dimension and outer dimensions, which are needed in carton structure design. Thus we could obtain the carton optimization parameters:length width height. Then though by the Automation data connection mouth of AutoCAD the system transfer obtained optimization dimension data to LISP procedures. And LISP starts the program and invokes AutoCAD's drawing window, finally drawing window gives the commonly used national standard cartons structure spreading and stereo that customers expect, and complete automation annotation.Compared with other packaging design software, this system have advantages: the painting of figure is accord with international box standard; Design window has a friendly interface and simple; opening, users can also make further development of the system to fit oneself; System greatly conveniences the drawing work, and save time for designers and increases work efficiency. |
