| Diesel cold flow improver (DFI) can improve the low temperature flow properties ofdiesel oils, and lower the cold filter plugging point (CFPP) and solid point (SP) of diesel oils.With the exhaustion of crude oil resource, the high wax content of new exploited petroleum isbecoming higher and higher, which results in the poor low-temperature flow property ofdiesel. So exploration and application high effect DFI for high wax diesel becomes more andmore exsigent. The current DFI have poor sensitivity for Liaohe and Puyang high wax contentof diesel oil. The significant of this paper is to exploit new type DFI which possess goodsensitivity to Liaohe and Puyang0#high wax diesel oil. The text relates to the developmentand synthesis of new kind diesel low-temperature flow improver for the characteristics of theliaohe and Puyang0#high wax content of diesels.This thesis have been completed the following work:(1) The first part is that the synthesized of DFI for high wax diesel. First of all, the alkylmethacrylate is synthesized, which is the monomer of the diesel cold flow improver. Theinfluence factors of the esterification are confirmed. The second, through the referencedocuments, benzoyl peroxide is selected to be the initiator, the toluene is regarded as thesolvent, we take the methylacrylate, the maleic anhydride, hestyrene, the vinyl acetate as rawmaterials, and several series of copolymer are produced. The conversion of product reachedalmost100%. The last, reconcile solvent oil and the terpolymer, which can be used as diesellow temperature flow improver.(2) The second part is screening DFI for high wax diesel. The obvious results of SP andCFPP of Liaohe0#and Puyang0#diesel fuel were researched by copolymer.Especially theproduct of DMV13copolymer was better than other copolymer, which could lower the CFPPof the Liaohe0#diesel oil by5℃, and the SP by6℃. The DMV13copolymer can lower theCFPP of the Puyang0#diesel oil by5℃, and the SP by7℃. A fine synthesis condition of theDMV13for Liaohe0#diesel is: the quantity of initiator BPO is0.1g, reaction temperature85℃, reaction time5h. The solvent volume is25ml. Dosage will also affect the results, wechoose500ppm for optimal dosage.(3) The third part is that the designed of small device. On the basis of the laboratorypreparation of diesel cold flow improver, small diesel cold flow improver production device isdeveloped, and some parameters in the process of production were investigated. Under the best condition, the effect of diesel cold flow improver was better than laboratory preparationof diesel cold flow improver, which can be used in diesel production. |
