The CNC lathe is a high precision, high-efficiency automatic machine, with a widerange of processing performance, especially in the batch production for complex parts,it havea good economic effect.CDL6136ordinary lathe is used a conventional lathe large factories in China, with acheap, easy manipulation features, but compared with the CNC machine tools, precisionmachined parts and efficiency have obvious deficiencies, in order to improvemachinemachining accuracy and production efficiency, reduce labor intensity, saving to buy anew CNC machine tools cost, subject CDL6136ordinary lathe, the machine tools for thetransformation of economic NC. The main contents are as follows:First, understand the the CNC transformation status quo at home and abroad as well asthe transformation of NC technology trends, according to actual needs, the serialization of thetransformation of the original structure of CDL6136ordinary lathe. Its CNC system selection,the main transmission system of the machine, the feed system as well as the turret part design,design of PLC CNC machine tools.Secondly, for the machine tool spindle machine, feedingthe ball screw and complex organization system, using ANSYS finite element calculation. Inorder to better optimize the design and research, and ADAMS software for the simulation ofCNC machine tool feed system after transformation. ANSYS finite element calculation offeed and ADAMS software system statics, kinematics and dynamics analysis and outputdisplacement, velocity, acceleration and reaction force curve, ultimately makes thetransformation of NC design more efficient processing.Lathe programming language, based FANUC CNC transformation function processingprogram verification. Effective processing of42×16flywheel machining, oval,50×33bushes processing proved CDL6136ordinary NC lathe goals.Machine through thetransformation of NC lathe not only meet the ordinary cylindrical end face cutting and cuttingto meet the more complex surface parts, greatly improve the surface processing dimensionalaccuracy and surface quality. Also reduces the machine operator’s labor intensity, improveproduction efficiency, and ultimately achieve the transformation of the purpose and userequirements.
