After China formally joined the world trade organization, Our country ’s economicgrows rapidly, the construction has made great achievements, but also paid a huge pricefor the resources and the environment, this situation is directly related to the irrationaleconomic structure and the extensive mode of growth.If we don”t speed up theadjustment of economic structure and change the mode of growth,the resource can notsupport the growth,the environment can accommodate no less than, the socitty can notafford and the economic development will be diffucult to continue.We can Only insiston conservation development;clean and security development, the good and the rapideconomic development will be true.In the background of building innovation oriented country, developingenergy-saving.emission reduction and circular economy are listed as a key onceagain, this conforms to China’s economic development direction. Blast furnace slagis waste residue in terms of pig iron smelting, it is the Most applications of theMetallurgical slag in smelting.Combusting coke and Limestone and otherIndustries.Emissions of blast furnace slag will change along with the grade of ore andthe difference of Smelting method.The current annual emissions of blast furnace slag inChina is more than thirty million tons, but the utilization rate of blast furnace slag in ourcountry is not very high, and many foreign countries have achieved100%of utilizationrate.A stack of blast furnace slag shall not only take the land occupied, but alsocause the pollution of the environment,deterionare the sustainable development of ironand steel industry.In the view of this situation we must pay attention to thecomprehensive utilization of blast furnace slag to achieve the production balance assoon as possible, to solve the environment pollution while seeing from steel production.Based on this situation, this paper start from the objective, truth as a matter of fact,usethe scientific method of analysis as the tool,use the scientific outlook on development asthe guiding ideology. Analyse the properties of high temperature liquid slag indetail,compared to the present situation of utilization in both domestic and abroadtakes,research of the production technology of ceramic fiber,points out the defects existing in recycling, and strives to study the planning and implementation of therecycling by using high temperature liquid slag to produce ceramic fiber indetail.Pointing out the defect of the production,contributing to the high speed, andstabilizing stable development for the enterprise.This thesis consists of six parts: the first part contains the background andsignificance of the research, the review of literature and content structure and researchmethods of the paper;The second part mainly introduces the physical properties of hightemperature liquid slag, the present situation of treatment process and the recyclingtechnology;The third part is the main part, it is the overall planning of high temperatureliquid slag application projects. This part introduces a new innovative approach of hightemperature liquid slag, apply the primary coverage and the innovation of theproject;The fourth part is the guarantee of planning the implementation of hightemperature liquid slag application projects,it introduces the overall planning andstep-by-step implementation of security, energy-saving projects, the basis and principleof energy-saving, government policy, development strategy and so on; In the fifth part,it is an example of the implementation of the high temperature liquid slag recyclingprojects for Jilin Beida Technology Development Co Ltd,It introduces theimplementation of enterprise quality, the energy-saving measures and energy savingeffect of the project; The sixth part is the conclusion of the paper.
