In order to solve these two problems, the expert system was introduced into the evaluation of land reclamation. Expert system is an intelligent computer program system which applied artificial intelligence technology and computer technology to simulate a human expert reasoning and thinking process. The application of expert systems in the field of land reclamation is gradually paid attention by land reclamation workers, as early as in2000, china’s someone has been studied on the land reclamation suitability evaluation expert system. The core of expert system is the knowledge base(To contain static knowledge base and rule base), however, the rule base plays an important role in reasoning and reflects the important function of the expert system. As the status of the rule base in the expert system is very important, so the study design for land reclamation evaluation in this article is of great significance.In this background, the paper elected a more comprehensive land reclamation evaluation factors by the way of studying the theory of land reclamation and Land reclamation knowledge base, and being combined with land reclamation technical standards and learning from other areas of the relevant standards. We determined the classification threshold of these factors according to the own characteristics. On the basis of evaluation factor classification, the paper designs the rules of the land reclamation evaluation and gets more comprehensive land reclamation evaluation rule base, which establishes a scientific basis for people and provides database support for land reclamation Expert System.
