Fluidized bed flue desulfurization as a very important way of desulfurization, is widely used in the desulfurization industry. Before the computational fluid dynamics developed, experimental study may the primary method. Experiment is not only cost much, but get some parameters directly is very difficult. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has incomparable advantage in this field, do not have resources consumption, operation cycle is short, parameters can adjust, easy to control. Based on mathematics model updating and parameter optimization, CFD can get consistent results with the experimental datas. As a result, the CFD was welcomed by many scholars.The CFD software Fluent6.3and its grid processing software Gambit2.2were used in this topic, to study the fluidized process in the system. Studies have found that the fluidization effect of uniform gas inlet fluidized bed is poor, result in gas-solid phase distribute non-uniform, contact area is low; Fluidized bed fluidization effect of axial is always better than radial. Five kinds of uneven air inlet fluidized bed were designed to uniform air fluidized bed in this topic, and the flow characteristics of gas-solid in fluidized bed were compared, a kind of non-uniform air fluidized bed of most optimal was obtain. An inclind distributor fluidized bed was designed to develop fluidization effect of radial in horizontal distributor fluidized bed. The optimal operating conditions of inclind distributor fluidized bed was obtain through optimize the ventilation condition, partical internal circulation in the bed was implemented; radial flow of the bed has greatly improved.There are two forms of capturing SO2from Calcium agent in fluidized bed:one kind is limestone calcination generating calcium oxide, then react with sulfur dioxide in flue gas; the other is limestone directly react with sulfur dioxide in flue gas.The two kinds of desulfurization are analyzed respectively, and the model simulated value and experimental value in the literature was compared, then the effect of desulfurization of the two models was compared in this topic. The results showed that simulated values of the two models match better with experiment values, the utilization of calcium sulfide in direct sulfide is higher than the indirect sulfide. Achieve the same calcium conversion rate; the direct sulfide time is shorter.Chemical reaction of desulfurization achieved in Fluent was difficulty by itself, has always been the hot spot of the desulfurization research. A UDF file was imported by outside data interface of the Fluent in this topic, and the gas desulfurization reaction was implemented. The conditions for the desulfurization were optimized similar to the orthogonal experimental method. The primary and secondary factors affecting the desulfurization were found. |
