Due to the excellent properties of coordination polymers in physics and chemistry, the research of coordination polymers has been developed rapidly in recent decades. Scientists have synthesized coordination polymers with more and more aspects of good performance magnetic, optical, electrical, adsorption and catalysis, etc.. Meanwhile, the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic aromatic carboxylic acid as a multi-functional sites with ligands have also been concern and research widespread. In this paper,10kinds of transition metal complexes were synthesized by hydrothermal method using triazole dicarboxylic acid ligands designed and synthesized previously which were3,3’-(4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3,5-diyl)dibenzoic acid [H2(L1)] and3,3’-(4-(4-fluorophenyl)-4H-1,2.4-triazole-3,5-diyl)dibenzoic acid [H2(L2)]. They are [Mn(Ll)(H2O)3]n(1)ã€[Cu3(L1)2(H2O)3]n(2)ã€[Co(L1)(H2O)2]n(3)ã€[Co(L1)(bipy)(H2O)2]n(4)ã€[Co2(Ll)2(phen)(H2O)]n(5)ã€[Co(L2)(H2O)3]n(6)ã€[Cd(L1)(H2O)]n(7)[Cd(L1)(bipy)(H2O)2]n(8)ã€[Cd(L2)(H2O)]n(9)ã€[Cd(L2)(bipy)(H2O)2]n(10), respectively. They were tested by IR spectroscopy testing, X-ray diffraction testing, magnetic testing, optical testing, and differential thermal analysis testing, and other materials testing methods. We obtained some excellent performance coordination polymer functional materials since we studied their magnetic, optical and other physical and chemical properties. Complexes4,8,10are isostructural and tend to be potentially porous absorbing materials because of their one-dimensional tubular structure with large cavities. Complexes1and Complexes6are three-dimensional supramolecular structure isomorphic bodies, linked by the Ï€-Ï€ interactions bonds between the neighboring layers. This article is divided into three parts:The first chapter mainly talks about the research background, the concept, the development of coordination polymers and applications; The second chapter mainly talks about six kinds of metal-organic complexes (complexes1-6) prepared using manganese ion. copper ion, cobalt ion and carboxylate ligands. Also make brief description of the magnetic properties of materials related; The third chapter focuses on fluorescence properties of the metall-organic complexes (complexes7-10), prepared using cadmium metal ions and organic carboxylate ligands for a simple explanation. |
