Landfill will still be a main urban refuse treatment quite a long time in the future. With the speeding up of urbanization process, the suburb land is increasing nervous, landfill selection become more and more difficult. Reuse of the old landfill is a very good method to solve this contradiction. Landfill stability evaluation is the precondition for the second time to use.Evaluation indexes’selection is a very important aspect for whether the evaluation is accurate and reliable or not. In this article, based on the simulate landfill biodegradation experiment in the laboratory, we studied the common evaluation indexes changing with the time, and compared with actually landfill refuse; we use the SPSS software to research the correlation between the indexes, obtained the more accurate evaluation indexes of landfill stabilization. And use these indexes to evaluate two landfills in Qingdao. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In the stabilization indexes, leachate COD and TKN are more suitable than TOC and NH4+-N as evaluation index; BDM is the most consistent index with Kinetic equation in solid waste degradation, and also conformed to the real landfill; lixivium COD and TKN can better fitting the Kinetic equation, could be used as evaluation index of landfill stabilization.(2) Stabilization indexes of solid refuse and lixivium have a good correlation. The correlation coefficient between BDM and lixivium COD is above0.95, TN and TKN correlation coefficient is above0.85, they are all highly correlated. Therefore, lixivium can replace solid refuse used as landfill stabilization evaluate. The correlation between leachate and solid refuse is not well, also between leachate and lixivium.(3) The selected evaluation indexes:the apparent stabilization, leachate COD, TKN, BDM, lixivium COD and TKN.(4) Useing the selected stabilization evaluation indexes to evaluate Qingdao Taiyuan-Road landfill and Huangdao Niuwangmiao landfill, the results are:the Taiyuan-Road landfill is in a relatively stable state, part of the refuse has been achieved stabilization; Niuwangmiao landfill overall in the relatively stable state.
