Study On The Formula And Process Technics Of Pet Dog Food With Chub Heads

There are nearly60%freshwater fish by-products has not been fully utilized in freshwater fish processing industry.At present, with the rapid development of pet industry in our country,using by-products from fresh water fish with low value to manufacture pet food with high value has good development prospects. In the rapid development of pet food industry nowadays,there are good prospects of processing high value pet food which is made of low-value by-products of fresh water fish.This paper using silver carp head as material.The optimum process obtained through single factor tests and orthogonal experiment. Excel software were also used to research the process technology of manufacturing pet dog food.The main experiments are as follows:1. The components of silver carp head were determined in dry matter:crude protein11.32%, crude fat15.37%, crude ash10.91%, moisture51.33%, K0.89%, Ca5.58%, P2.99%, Cu7.83mg/kg, Zn89.23mg/kg.2.The fish head was pulped by GN-13C pulping machine which produced by HeBei LangFang GuanTong Co. Ltd.(Power is llkw、revolving speed is2930rd/min) and the original fish head pulping process was optimized using an orthogonal array design.The results showed that the optimal pulping conditions were pulping4min,fish head proportion of water2:1(m:v),added water temperature0℃.3. Reference the United States proposed pet dogs nutritional needs of silver carp head plasma standard by NRC, Luo Shoudong put forward the different weight of pet dog daily intake index, GB/T14924.7-2001and determined that the main nutritional components of value,make sure other feed ingredients from tables of feed composition and nutritive values in China,through the function of linear programming by Excel calculate the formula of pet dog food was:corn40.2%, soybean meal26.3%,sunflower seed with shell10.23%,paste of fish head20.11%,salt1%,CaCO30.23%,CaHPCO40.11%,compound premix2%.This recipe can not only meet the pet dogs daily nutritional elements, but also has a good practical significance because of low costs.4.0ptimization the process of pet food.The effects of different conditions (including temperature,steam pressure,feeding speed of material on pulverulent ratio) were investigated.The results showed that the optimal conditions for the lowest pulverulent ratio and granulation is95℃,0.2MPa,90kg/h. under the optimum conditions,the nutrient components of the pet food were: moisture9.21%,protein19.24%,fat9.04%,Ca1.15%, P0.68%, K0.95%, Mg0.07%, Fe85.23mg/kg,Fe85.23mg/kg, Cu7.62mg/kg, Mn7.75mg/kg, Zn134.62mg/kg. The nutrient composition determination results compared with AAFCO index,the finished feed nutritional value is higher than the AAFCO forward index, so the pet food discussed by this thesis can meet the normal growth of pet dogs nutritional requirements.
