The mode of heavy oil thermal recovery is given priority to the oil field. There is muchshortcomings such as low heating efficiency, great power consumption and poor reliability forusing electric heating system at present. These factors seriously influence the mining cost.Therefore, the development of new type of heavy oil heating power supply has the very vitalsignificance for improving the oil industry economic efficiency, saving energy and reducingconsumption.In this paper, the thick oil heating system is researched and designed. What’s more, theinnovation is put forward by the parameter self-setting PI control primarily periodic controlscheme of the system. Meanwhile, it realized the closed-loop control. The paper first introducesthe medium frequency heating power field in the domestic and foreign development presentsituation. Secondly, the paper based on the theoretical research combining to design, scientificand reasonable converter structure topology structure constitute the main circuit. The AVR chipintegrated PWM module replace the traditional PWM chip. Single chip microcomputer and itsI/O port circuit composition control circuit. And the using of self-designed flyback switch powersupply as the auxiliary power supply. Furthermore, human-computer interaction module is addedto the control circuit for realizing real-time variable regulation; MCU I/O circuit included A/Dsampling, digital tube display, PWM wave amplification, feedback sampling and so on. TheMCU collected voltage signal and display to four digital tube through the internal integrated A/Dmodule operation. Feedback sampling circuit will transfer the output results which are isolatedand amplification processing to MCU in order to participate in PI operation, control the PWMwave by the duty ratio and realize constant temperature control.Finally, the heating system of the prototype has been debugged and experimentsin this paper. the driver waveform and the load end output waveform is analyzed toverify the drive and protection control circuit’s correctness and rationality. Meanwhile,it achieved the desired performance requirements. |
