Encoders are widely used into space flight and aviation, rail transportation,new energy marine machinery and so on. With the fast develop of these trades,the market’s requirements for the precision of encoder are getting higher andhigher. The precision of the encoder is associated with assembly accuracy.Therefore it involves the axiality tolerance of encoder and raster. The lower ofthe axiality tolerance is, the higher of the precision of the encoder is. Thereforein this paper we have designed a equipment which can automatically adjust theaxiality tolerance of encoder and raster, in this way this equipment can finish theassembly of the raster automatically, this can improve the production efficiency,and ensure the accuracy of the axiality tolerance of encoder. In this way theworking accuracy of the encoder can be ensured. In this paper we will mainlyhave research of the following parts:Firstly we presented the overall plan for the system of the raster coaxiality’sautomatic adjustment,and then designed the mechanical structure of theautomatic adjust equipment, it includes the device which can adjust CCD, thedevice which can rotate raster and the device which can finish micro adjustment.Secondly,this paper have a research with the image processing algorithmof raster. It presented three measures to calculate the coaxiality, and havecomprision with the three measures, in this way can we choose the best measure,and developed the image processing algorithm of raster based on the measure,andhave calibration of the size of the pixel, and set up the mathematical model of theraster’s coaxiality.Thirdly, we developed the control software of the recision automaticassembly system. This paper proposed the scheme of control system according tothe requestion of the coaxiality adjustment which is based on DMC2610controlcard, and writed a control program of the micro adjustment device, and then calls the image processing program in the control software, it combines the imageprocessing to automatic control.At last, this paper have evalution of the comprehensive performance of thesystem through the test of the largest interval of swing of the raster’s edge, thetest of angle measure and the test of system’s efficiency.This paper have finished the design of precision automatic assembly systemthrough the above we have described, and make the auto-adjustment come true. Itimproves the efficiency of production, and reduces the cost. |
