Currently, system control functions are the main emphasis on the sewage treatment often overlooking the equipment operation parameters. In order to make sewage treatment systems regular, efficient, automatic operation.it should detect various parameters, in particular, equipment operation and process parameters in order to keep running situation. Thus, taking into account the processing system is now in data processing shortfall, we use KingSCADA powerful features designe a set of data acquisition, processing and control functions on a set of easy to operate sewage treatment monitoring system.This paper introduces the development status of domestic sewage treatment, analysis of China’s problems in the water treatment industry, urban sewage treatment monitoring system indicates significance and contents; secondly introduces the basic principles of control system design, an analysis of the monitoring system the main control strategies and detection parameters, control of field devices drawn schematics, and major equipment of PLC I/O points for the statistics and PLC hardware selection, design a set of S7-300PLC as controller sewage treatment plant monitoring system. Finally, the choice of KingSCADA PC software as a platform for human-machine interface, through optical fibers server and S7-300PLC S7connections to achieve a KingSCADA and PLC communication, the formation of the whole plant network.This equipment assembly site after commissioning, the current situation is basically sound.
