O2/CO2combustion is a new clean combustion technology to control CO2、NOXand other pollutants emissions, which is the most likely to achieve large-scale CO2trapping and mothballed. Therefore,has great significance a study on typical garbagecombustion characteristics in the O2/CO2atmosphere for reduction and environmentalprotection.At present the theoretical and experimental research of O2/CO2combustiontechnology are aimed primarily at coal, and has made great progress, but O2/CO2combustion technology for MSW research was few, lots of work needs to be done. inthe paper, the typical MSW O2/CO2combustion characteristics was analyzed by usinga thermal gravimetric instrument and had a research of combustion kinetics to supportfor the practical application of the O2/CO2.The scrap tires,corn stalks and rice straw at the three heating rate of10℃/min、30℃/min and50℃/min in the five atmosphere of21O2/79N2、30O2/70N2、21O2/79CO2、30O2/70CO2and50O2/50CO2combustion have a thermal analysis. theresults show that:(1)The combustion process of scrap tires can be divided into two stages, namelyvolatile parts of the release of combustion and fixed combustion of the combustibleconstituents, obtained the ignition temperature, exhaust temperature and combustiontime.Corn straw and rice straw combustion can be divided into three phases: theanalysis of water、the combustion of cellulose and hemicellulose and the lignin of thecombustion.(2)With the increase of heating rate, the overall reaction offset to thehigh-temperature region offset.The beginning of weightlessness and burnouttemperatures have increased and combustion reaction is intensified. The boundaries ofthe various stages in the reaction become blurred.(3)In the O2/N2and O2/CO2of atmospheres, with the O2concentration increased,the overall reaction offset to the low temperature zone.The beginning weight-losstemperature show a reducing trend, the burnout temperature also increased. TheO2/CO2atmosphere compared to the O2/N2atmosphere, have a better combustioncharacteristics of the waste tires, the combustion parameters of corn stalks and ricestrawin the both atmospheres are similar.(4)Having calculated the kinetic parameters of discarded tires, corn stalks andrice straw combustion by Kissinger method.The activation energy from small to largeorder:Erice<Etires<Ecorn.iii...
