With the development of spinning technology, new requirements for the spinning equipment emerge. This thesis researched the design and application of the spinning machine, proposed modular layout of the spinning machine, accomplished design of the transmission system and quick selection of power supply system, worked out roller shape recommended plan, generated the correction of roller path, and successfully applied to the spinning machine design and development.In chapter one, introduced the development of spinning equipment, elaborated the background and meaning of this research, summarized the current situation and growing trend of spinning machine, proposed composite spinning processing platform idea based on current, and stated the main work and structure of this thesis.In chapter two, proposed method for modular layout design of the spinning machine. Analyzed the manufacturing principle of spinning, clarified the detailed function requirements of the spinning machine and process flow, then divided the spinning machine into specific modules, finally proposed the design blue print based on the division.In chapter three, proposed quick design method of the transmission system and power source system based on workload. Utilized the ANSYS software to simulate the manufacturing process of conventional spinning and power spinning, calculated the safety factor by taking the maximum on the radial, axial and tangential direction, then designed the transmission system and the power source system.In chapter four, proposed roller shape optimization method based on finite element simulation. Introduced the elastic-plastic finite element method briefly, built simulation model, designed the testing program and finally gave the recommend figure for the spinning roller.In chapter five, designed the correction of roller path based on tool compensation. Introduced roller trajectory compensation method into spinning process to modify the roller pat, detailed the principle of trajectory compensation and gave an example.In chapter six, used method mentioned above into design and development of the spinning machine, reached3-D overall arrangement of the object, and introduced the application on tube spinning.In chapter seven, summarized the whole work of this thesis and outlooked work in the future.
