Oil-gas and oil-water separation is an important part of oil-gas gathering and transferring process. With the increasing of the oil exploitation quantity, the traditional technology and equipments can not meet the separation requirements. Thus, it’s necessary to develop new technology and equipments which have high efficiency and low energy consumption. The process of oil-gas and oil-water separation in the oil production plant is studied. With respect to oil-gas separation, a new type of oil-gas separator is designed to solve the problem that both the gas production of oil well and the oil content in the gas is high. In regard to oil-water separation, the preparation conditions of polysulfone microcapsules which encapsulate1-octanol are studied, and the process of disposing low concentration phenol solution which stands for oil-field sewage by using microcapsules is investigated. The main contents are as follows:1. The new type of oil-gas separator combines gravity, centrifugal, inertial and filtering separation techniques. Compared to traditional equipments, the new one has higher efficiency and smaller volume. The new type of oil-gas separator has been used in some oil production plant in Shengli Oilfield and it has been proved to be effective.2. The microcapsules are prepared by solvent evaporation method and phase inversion method respectively and the preparing conditions are optimized. Adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm of disposing low concentration phenol solution by using two kinds of microcapsule are determined by experiments, and some relevant models are used to correlate those data. Besides, the effects of temperature and pH on adsorption are investigated. The adsorption data of two kinds of microcapsule are compared, and it turns out that the microcapsule which is prepared by phase inversion method has better adsorptive abilities than the one which is prepared by solvent evaporation method.
