Oilifeld water injection is an important measure to maintain reservoir pressure andimprove oil recovery, ensuirng long-term oil high yield. Considering the distribution ofOilfield wells in the Northern Shaanxi Oilifeld,In order to facilitate centralized managementand meet the concept of "controllable water", designed a monitoring system of oilfield remoteinjection based on the wireless network,it has a great significance for realizing the automaticmonitoirng of the injection flow.This article introduced the water lfow of the oilfield injection system, set up the controlrequirements of oilfield water injection system. It analyzed PID controller and Fuzzycontroller according to the character of the lfow rate of the injection wells, present Fuzzy PIDcontrol strategy according with system requirements, the design introduce a fuzzy adaptivePID controller and the control effect was simulated through simulation sotfware. The wirelessbirdge was used as the system network platform according to the actual production of theNorthenr Shaanxi Oilfield. It was assembled a remote monitoirng system for oilifeld waterinjection with IPC,wireless birdge and intelligent instruments. The HMI was designed byforce control configuration sotfware,IPC accomplished the tfmction as data collection and themain parameters alarm and query, which also improved the operability of the system greatly.The system of the actual application shows that the system can provide real-timeproduction management for the oil field water injection analysis, The dynamic parametersreal-time monitoirng in the process of water lfooding and the remote injection of waterinjection rate were realized in this system, which resolve the problem of stabilize water,quantitative water and accurate water in high pressure water injection. The monitoring systemhas a wide range of application value. |
