| Traditional deep hole machining damage on the environment and human due to theextensive use of cutting fluid, at the same time increases the processing costs, therefore, howto reduce environmental pollution and reduce processing costs become an important directionof development of the deep hole processing technology in the future. In this paper, based onthe green manufacturing, make a systematic discuss and research of low-temperature coldtechnology application on Deep Hole Machining.(1)Theresearch on the theoretical aspects of the cutting mechanism under the conditionsof low-temperature cold, analysis of birttleness in the metal mateiral at a low temperature andthe coolingã€lubricating and chip breaking mechanism of the low-temperature cold air.(2)In order to research the impact of the low-temperature cold technology on mateiralcutting performance, then conduct the low-temperature cold turning test, were tested andexpeirmental analyzed from the cutting forceã€the tool wear and the workpiece surface quality,compared with the traditional machining, the low-temperature cold cutting technology ispossible to reduce the cutting force genearted〠to reduce the tool wear and to reduce thesurface roughness of the workpiece.(3)For low-temperature cold technology used in deep hole machining, low-temperaturecold deep hole processing system is designed according to the characteristics oflow-temperature the cold processing requirements and deep hole machining, and carry thefinite element simulation analysis out the lfow filed of the system internal chip channel andduirng the dirlling of tool temperature field distirbution, was from the theoretical to analysisof the cutting characteirstics of the low-temperature cold deep hole machining; according tothe expeirmental deep-hole cutting fluid emulsion type is selected low-temperature colddeep-hole dirlling test, and expeirmental analysis in terms of cutting forcesã€tool wearã€surfacequality of the workpiece and chip breaking, was identiifed the practical application effect oflow temperature cold deep hole machining system.Combination of test results and theoretical analysis, can be drawn that the applied to thedeep hole processing of low-temperature cold technology has the advantages of small force〠good cooling effectã€small tool and good surface, can replace or partially replace thetraditional casting deep hole machining, thus can be achieved to reduce pollutionã€saveenergy〠protect the environment. |
