| China’s oilfields are mostly Lean oilfield, because of the complex geological structureand the difficulty exploitation, we often use mechanical technology to enhance oil recovery.According to the development of the exploitation in oilfields in recent years, electricsubmersible pump (ESP) has become the leading production equipment, and it is particularlyimportant to monitor the downhole working condition at the same time. To improve the ESPdownhole operation’s reliability and maximum operating efficiency, ESP motor cable is usedas the means of ground panel and downhole sensor in this study, and high-accuracy integratedtest components and two wire system analog current loop are used to complete measurementof downhole temperature, pressure, vibration and so on.In this thesis, the multi-parameter monitoring system is mainly completed themeasurement of the intake pressure, intake temperature, X axis and Y axis vibration. Thewhole system can be divided into two parts: the ground system part and the undergroundsystem part. As for the ground systems, on the one hand, it provides the voltage signal whichunderground system needs through the ESP motor cable, and simultaneously transmits the dataas well. On the other hand, the smart meters will convert the current signal which wascollected by the underground system into a voltage signal, and after that, the collection,storage, and display of the Analog Digital can be processed. Each parameter signal wascollected by the underground system and transmitted to the ground with milliampere levelcurrent signal after signal conditioning and V/I conversion.At present, the ESP can be controlled better by the mode of converter drive, but both thehigh common-mode voltage and the motor terminal voltage caused by long-line transmissionwires, which may have the serious disturbance to the downhole circuit, increase pressure ofmotor winding insulation, make the motor insulation aging quickly even burning motor. Thispaper designs a filtering unit, which effectively reduces the adverse effects. It also improvesthe PC software system under the Windows, and can display the real-time collected data anddraw dynamic curves, generate the data reports, which make it easy to monitor the system andanalyze the operating performance.This system breaks through the limitations of the two-parameter measurements before, while increasing the measurement range. The measurement results can meet the designrequirements of the system. The further perfection of this design will fill the blank of domesticESP multi-parameter monitoring system,and the researches on the down hole multi-sensormonitoring system is of certain significance to the oilfield exploitation. |
