The parameters, such as optimal proportion of cement mortar specimens, optimalplacement of iron wire cement mortar, and optimal adding amount of glass fiber cementmortar, were obtained by studying the mechanical property relations of cement mortarspecimens and weathered gneiss, and making cement mortar specimens, such as the coalcinder cement mortar, iron wire cement mortar and glass fiber cement mortar, and weatheredgneiss as experimental research objects. The mechanisms of the coal cinders, iron wires andglass fibers reinforced cement mortar mechanics properties and the methods of cement mortarspecimens applied to improve weathered gneiss engineering stable were discussed, to reducethe project harms of weathered rock and promote cement mortar specimens, such as the coalcinder cement mortar, iron wire cement mortar and glass fiber cement mortar, and weatheredgneiss to apply and develop in the practical engineering. This research focuses on the study on mechanical properties relationships of cement mortarspecimens and weathered rock, the main contents include:(1) study the mechanical propertiesof the coal cinder cement mortar, and determine the influences of coal cinder on mechanicsproperties of cement mortar;(2) study the mechanical properties of the iron wire cementmortar with different placements of iron wire, and determine the optimal iron wire placementand the influences of iron wire on mechanics properties of cement mortar;(3) study themechanical properties of glass fiber cement mortar with different adding amount of glassfiber, and determine the glass fiber optimal adding amount and the influences of glass fiber onmechanics properties of cement mortar;(4) study the mechanics properties of differentdegrees for weathered gneiss, and determine the influences of weathering degrees onmechanics properties of weathered gneiss;(5) study the mechanical properties relations ofcement mortar specimens of different proportions and weathered gneiss, and determine theoptimal proportion of cement mortar specimens applied to improve engineering stable ofweathered gneiss.Main conclusions of the study:(1) coal cinders, iron wires and glass fibers all can improve the mechanical properties of cement mortar;(2) the optimal placement of iron wires in ironwire cement mortar specimens is placed horizontally, the optimal adding amount of glass fiberin glass fiber cement mortar specimens is2‰;(3) the optimal proportion of coal cindercement mortar specimens is nothing, the optimal proportion of iron wire cement mortarspecimens are C: S: W=1:4.70:0.81,1:3.95:0.68, optimal proportion of are glass fibercement mortar specimens C: S: W=1:4.29:0.74,1:3.95:0.68;(4) when the weatheringgrade is higher than micro-weathering, gneiss can not be used to engineering;(5) themechanical properties of cement mortar specimens and weathered gneiss have the same, ironwire cement mortar and glass fiber cement mortar can improve the mechanical properties ofthe weathered gneiss by repairing or replacement, for engineering requirements.
