| The application of super absorbent resin(SAP)in civil engineering is a relatively new engineering technology.In this study,we studied the effect of SAP on the properties of cement mortar and the variation of the properties of cement mortar by using the test of the relative performance of the high water absorption resin mortar.Through the research on the flow rate,mechanical properties,internal humidity and hydration reaction of SAP cement mortar,the influence of SAP content,particle size and cement mortar is revealed.The experiment proves that SAP can cause a lot of loss of fluidity after adding cement mortar.At the same time,the loss of the flow rate and the particle size and the amount of SAP have a great relationship.The amount of SAP added in cement mortar is between 0.4% and 0.2%,and the effect of the grain size on the flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar is best when the grain size is between 30 and 50 mesh.SAP is added to cement mortar decreased its dry shrinkage,reduce the rate of water loss;smaller diameter and more addition is helpful to improve the water retention characteristics,to further improve the internal humidity of cement mortar.SAP join effectively improve the hydration products of cement mortar,to improve the strength of cement mortar and impermeability with varying degrees of impact,through experiment verify the smaller particle size,better particle size distribution is beneficial to improve the hydration reaction of the cement mortar interior. |
