| After the environmental protection relocation of DONGBEI Special Steel Co., Ltd Dalian base, the new60m double-stranded fixed rollers pig iron cast machine failed to meet the design production capacity, defective design, frequent equipment failures, the low operating rate, the problems can’t meet the emergency needs of shunt blast furnace hot metal.In view of the existing problems, this article from the accounting of cast iron machine production capacity of around one by one, equipment related factors influence on cast iron machine efficiency and productivity is found and analyzed. Using the theory of thermodynamics and materials of cast iron die cracking, casting defects and material problem, put forward the improvement on Design of cast iron mould structure and material; according to the negative pressure jet suction principles to design a new pneumatic conveying slurry system, transportation scheme replaced the mud pump of the original, and the material properties of mortar the optimization, to further improve the coating quality; The belt deviation and dropping the problem are analyzed and put forward the improvement scheme; analysis on flow characteristics of molten iron is put forward based on the innovation measures slip iron groove structure and building technology. Completion of the transmission load checking computation after transformation of cast iron machine, on the yield and productivity of cast iron machine improvement is verified.The implementation of a series of equipment after improvement, cast iron machine efficiency has been greatly improved, comprehensive production capacity increased from778t to2329t, which solves the bottleneck problem of molten iron flow control equipment fault. Production site management, security environment improved, significantly reduced the labor load. The work of this thesis has reference value for the design and manufacture of a new round of cast iron machine. |
