With the rapid development of science and technology, the increasing demands ofthe coal mine production and intensification of high scientific and technological contentof coal mining machinery is one rising. The hydraulic supports electro-hydraulic controlsystem is a high-tech product of coal mine underground mechanized mining face. Thehydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is a necessary means to achieve fullymechanized coal mining face automation control and automated productionmanagement. The electro-hydraulic control system based on electronic controltechnology as the core, bus communication technology pose adjustment of the hydraulicsupport control system can be realized for equipment monitoring and management.This articles uses the CAN bus communication technology and software design ofthe whole software system, introduces the frame structure, the electrical condition of thedevelopment of hydraulic control system, focuses on the research of theelectro-hydraulic control system hardware, strictly according to the design standard ofcoal mine to complete the design requirement of the product, and improve the reliabilityof the equipment is in accordance with the standard requirements of the premise.Analysis of detailed design for power supply, sensor, actuator, optimization ofelectro-hydraulic controller interface and operating system software design and itscomponents were analyzed in detail the design. In the software design of the wholesystem, the function of the control system of the electro-hydraulic control systemsoftware, carries on the design to the communication task, task, task control hostkeyboard support. For the coal mine actual usage of products of special design andanalysis of practical use, according to support process development design the controlsoftware, and the system simulation, the control parameters to achieve the optimization.Each part of the system hardware and software construction is completed, through therealization of data transmission and signal control of the hardware of CAN bus.Through the actual test to select the most stable and reliable communication parametersetting.Through field application debugging, testing and Analysis on CAN buscommunication parameters and communication circuit design, test the expected designfunction, the test data show that the design of the coal mine support electro-hydrauliccontrol system is stable and reliable, strong practicability.
