Coal as the main disposable energy, has made important contributions fornational economic construction and social development. The burning of coalenterprises proposed higher demands for coal utilization to meet need of energyconservation since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". Optimize the ratio of mixed coalswould be studied to save coal resources, improve security and economy of the boilerdue to all kinds of coals. Blending technology optimization study according to thecharacteristics of coal has important theoretical significance and value in use becausepresent blending technology is still in our experience blending stage. The followingconclusions:(1) Blended coals A1-A4and B1-B4were prepared with stone coal2#orAnthracite mixed with Indonesia coals in different ratios respectively, and these coalshave been analyzed under the same conditions with differential thermal analysis, andoptimized their blending technology according to the value of△H value. It has foundthat the combustion parameters of mixed coals could meet the requirements, andpossess lowest cost with7:3of the ratio of the stone coal2#or anthracite andIndonesian coal according to the basic parameters of the boiler (ST≥1250℃) andcoal price-cost analysis. The△H and Tm of anthracite, coal2#, Indonesian coal, coal4#, Shenhun2#and Shenhun3#were studied, and found that Mad or Vad and△H values of differentcoals have no significant linear relationship, while same kinds coals have a significantlinear relationship between Mad or Vad and△H value, and△H value decrease withthe increasing of the Mad, and increase with the increasing of the Vad.It has also found that△H values continue to increase with Cad contentincreases; and the Mad become larger with Tm changing smaller; and Tm valueincrease with the increasing of the ST, and decreasing of the acid-base ratios, theseparameters all showed significant linear relationship.
