| Machining center center is mechatronics applications of high-end products, is the basis of modern manufacturing equipment. However, after years of running, the CNC system upgrades, system and other reasons to buy spare parts to machine tool maintenance difficulties. Like to buy new equipment will take huge one-time investment, so it can be upgraded by replacing the CNC system, the transformation of the input is often only account for new equipment price10%-30%. In this type of transformation, usually only need to transform the control part of the machine,the mechanical structure of the machine, the main transmission mode can be reserved to change.Because of the different brands and models of CNC system between universality and compatibility, so the study of machining center has very important significance for the upgrading of a particular machining center.such as the study for the control principle, system selection and configuration, control function development, debugging and performance optimization technology etc.In this thesis, a control system of old XH715vertical machining center upgrading project as as an example, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign related industry status quo and development trends, the use of scientific and reasonable electrical matching principle and evaluation mechanism, focuses on the FANUC OiMC CNC system of three axis vertical machining center electrical control function, hardware design configuration, software development, function debugging, performance optimization and testing of the accuracy etc.This thesis presents the design and demonstration of the machining center control system scheme; Study key technology in the process of function realization on the feed, spindle, automatic tool change etc;Realize the selection of demonstration and design the control system; Puts forward the servo motor and drive configuration scheme; Design the automatic tool changer (ATC) hardware interface and PLC ladder diagram of control program; Design the electrical control system; Detail the system debug method and steps etc.It is indicated that the system is stable in operation, and it has approached the advanced level of foreign similar product in the function performance and control precision by field debugging. |
