The key dimensions aredetermined：body height and waist girth are named as “number” to divide into the lowerpart of male，“the difference between hip girth and waist girth”are named as “type” todivide into the lower part of male. According to the key dimensions，male body is dividedinto five types, respectively replace the high-fat body（X），the high-thin body（B），standard body（A），short-fat body（B）and short-thin body (C). The intermediate aboutfive kinds of type is including：the intermediate of X is178/78,the intermediate of Y is180/72,the intermediate of A is170/76, the intermediate is of B166/81,the intermediate ofC is164/69. The height difference is5cm，waist girth difference is2cm. According to theteenage boy distribution formula, the coverage rate about new briefs size is around95%.Secondly，according to the experiment of skin surface changes of male crotch rate, wehave conclude：the horizontal，the position of the maximum about skin change rate islocated in the hip，it reaches13.2%, the vertical，the position of the maximum about skinchange rate is located in1/2strength, it reaches17.5%. In the warp, the elongationof2#fabric is43.6%，the elastic recovery rate of2#fabric is93.5%，the rate of plasticdeformation of2#fabric is1.7%. In the weft，the elongation of2#fabric is79.9%，theelastic recovery rate of2#fabric is85.7%，the rate of plastic deformation of2#fabric is5.7%. According to the principle of choosing brief fabric，the fabric of2#is made as mostsuitable for brief fabric.
