Recently, the production amounts of biodegradable plastics sold in the market aregradually increasing. Especially, poly-(lactic acid)(PLA) and polycaprolactone (PCL)products have become the main products because of their biodegradability, hydrodegradability and the biorenewable profile. To synthesize poly(DL-lactide-ε-caprolactone)(PCLA) stent with lactic acid and ε-caprolactone, It that PCLA copolymer wasof good biocompatibility and the degradation rate could be adusted by changing thecompositions of the copolymer. It is suggested that PCLA copolymer is a potential materialfor using as cell scaffold in tissue engineering.Since nanoparticles have special property, incorporation of inorganic nanoparticles intopolymer matrix can greatly improve the performance of the matrix. The interfacial structure innanocomposites between the matrix and fillers plays an important role in determining theproperties of materials. Influence factor of the reaction condition was studied and also thestructure and properties of productions were investigated by means of FT-IR, TG, XRD TEMand tensile test. This thesis mainly consists of three major parts:Part one:The PCL grafted into silica spheres was synthesized by ROP of ε-CL with stannousoctoate as the catalyst. For the synthesis of TiO2/PCL, The content of different TiO2wasdispersed in ε-CL via ultrasonication for1hours and then melted at130C for20hours. in aN2atmosphere.
