| With the development of hot rolling process, the production process control accuracybecomes an important factor on product performance and quality. Online data recordingsystem is the tool to collect, consolidate, store and display the process quality data. Itprovides critical information for the hot rolling process analysis and optimization, and thequality data traceability. However, existing systems still have some defects, it is necessary,through research, design a data recording system with better adaptation.Based on the study in the current domestic and international development status withthe online data recording system and its basic principles and functions, this thesis providesa research and design of the recording system’s overall structure and function. For thequestions of private industrial networks, by using a high-speed Ethernet communication,we design and implementation the data collection function of the system, Including theestablishment of communications, data transmission and reception functions. For theproblem of each sampling point in the product can not reflect the correspondencerelationship, by using the basic automation side to determine data validation, send data inaccordance with uniform sampling interval, and data recording server to write the datastructures based on the effectiveness of the flag and the correspondence, we solve theproblem of data consistency. For reading the information stored in the file dependsdedicated software, which is not conducive to retrieval and subsequent analysis, by storingwith the PDA data format after the compression treatment, the system storage function is designed. It creates the conditions for the data re-analysis, and improves utilization ofstorage space.During the on-line testing, the new system is stable. The average monthly number ofanomalies is less than before, and the functions meet the requirements. New system can begradually promoted to the other hot rolling mills. But it also need further study in thewhole process monitor and integrated design of the communication interface. |
