In recent years the antibiotics were detected in environmental water, and its migration andpotential ecological risk has become an international research focus in the field of environment. Theestablishment of a sensitive and reliable analysis method for antibiotics in environment samples is abasis for studying their behaviors and risks. An analytical method was developed for the simultaneousextraction and determination of eight fluoroquinolones(VQs), tetracyclines(TCs) and sulfonamides(SAs) antibiotics from waste water using solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography tandemmass spectrometry, This paper studies the pollution characteristics of8kinds of antibiotics in typicalpiggery wastewater and downstream water at Poyang Lake. In addition, the photocatalysticdegradation and mineralization of quinolones antibiotic by a new material Graphene-TiO2compositewas studied. The results show as follors:(1) The fluoroquinolones(VQs), tetracyclines(TCs) and sulfonamides(SAs) antibiotics weredetected in breeding wastewater and downstream, and the concent of ofloxacin in water is higher, thehighest content reached0.911μg/L; The concent of sulfamethazine(SMT) in environmental water wassignificantly reduced aquaculture wastewater, the hydrolysis cannot be ignored, but the main reasonmay be the livestock and poultry manure and sediment adsorption; The tetracycline antibiotics in theenvironment was not degraded, in the environment is relatively stable, so the tetracycline antibioticsresidues and ecological toxicity should cause enough attention; Compared with other regions, thecontents of antibiotic residues are relatively higher at local environment, it should be caused seriouslyattention.(2) Compared with TiO2, the degradation capability on RB and MO of composite photocatalystincreased significantly under simulated sunlight irradiation; The NFC photolysis is not obvious insimulated sunlight, when adding the light catalyst, NFC degradation effect is obvious. graphenedoping of0.86%composite photocatalyst exhibited the highest catalytic activity,15min, NFC can bedegraded completely; The activity of three kinds of light catalyst is in order:0.86%graphene-TiO2>11.45%grapheme-TiO2> TiO2. TiO2and graphene-TiO2also showed a good mineralization ability,compared with TiO2, the mineralization ability of graphene-TiO2-0.86%is stronger on NFC, the NFCwas mineralized completely within the12h.
