Modern pressing equipment requires high automation, high efficiency and high precision. Therefore, in blanking and standardized production, the use of high-speed-press is increasing. The theme of this paper is designing a mechanism about symmetrical multi-link high-speed-press and studying its precision compensation. There are two emphases, one is dynamic balancing. The other one is precision compensation.First, give out more constructions based on the schematic diagram of symmetrical multi-link high-speed-press. Choose a best construction, the principles are as follows:First, The velocity of main slider and deputy slider should be opposite. Second, links should suffer less force. Third, there are no hidden interferences. Use complex vector to set kinematic model on the basis of best construction. Adopt complex method, with the shortest length of crank as objective function, with force transmission as constraint condition, to get optimal kinematic parameters.Use kinetostatics method, combine with kinematic analysis result, to set the high-speed press’s dynamical model. Then, do optimal design of deputy slider’s quality, with comprehensive balance of inertia force and inertia moment as design objective. In order to decrease the fluction of crank’s speed, a flywheel should be fixed on the crank so that the rotational inertia of the crank will be greater.Combine with dynamical model, analyse influences of links’cross-sections on links’ elastic deformation. Then, combine with kinematic model, analyse influences of links’elastic deformation on the position of bottom dead centre. According to the analysis above, links’ cross-sections can be optimized.The length of links and assembly position of mobile sliders effect the position of main slider’s bottom dead centre greatly. Therefore, the accuracies of links’length and mobile sliders’assembly position decide the precision of main slider’s bottom dead centre. In order to get accurate control model, use calibration method to identify machining error of links and assembly tolerance of mobile sliders.Set 3D model by SolidWorks. Use’Cosmosmotio’to do motion simulation. Then verify the correctness of kinematic model and the feasibility of precision compensation.
