Research On Safety Audit Method Of Petroleum Enterprise’s Employee Behavior And Empirical Study

Petroleum process system contains a variety of unsafe and dangerous factors. More than85%employee’s unsafe behaviors trigger accidents. This paper will focus on behavior safety audit method and implementation process in order to control "the three violations" of petroleum enterprise employees.Firstly, this issue is going to analyze and compare safety audit method with other behavior management methods, define behavioral safety audit based on the literature review and induction of aviation security audit results presented and describe the basic connotation, including but not limited to petroleum enterprise behavior safety audit concept.Secondly, as the research object, the employee’s behavior, combined with risk management theory and security auditing method——as foundation——build a theme of petroleum enterprise conduct safety audit named Bow-tie model. This model contains the middle and upper classes, group leaders and frontline employees in the field of management, techniques and operation. Safety audit content inspection questionnaire is coming from the model above. Given the relationship between petroleum enterprise employees’behavior and Chinese culture background, the basic configuration of the questionnaire was determined by individual in-depth interviews on upper leaders, foremen, and frontline employees from four different areas. Analysis on reliability and validity of327effective questionnaires, with SPSS16.0software, preliminarily build up the main body of the enterprise employee behavior safety audit.Thirdly, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilization on the basis of built contents system, together with conducted verifies empirical analysis on the oil business conduct security audit content, determine the safety audit system.Finally, derived from the petroleum enterprise employees’behavior safety audit system, OPPT (Organization Process People Tool) process management of enterprise employee behavior safety audit is exploratory designed. Meanwhile, the paper comply with the three-level employees’ behavior safety audit checklist. The prepared checklists are implemented through auditing164employees from13different work positions, including oil recovery, steam injection, gathering and transportation, work-over, capital construction, monitor, etc.Above all, the result shows that both the content system of the enterprise employee behavior safety audit and audit checklist are reasonable. The OPPT process management is subjected to realize through behavioral safety audit implementation in certain petroleum enterprise.
