In this paper represent the concepts of fancy yarns, core-spun yarn and AB yarn;At the same time we describe the development status of each and the application ofrelevant areas of fancy yarn.We transform the FA415roving frame on the basis of product requirement of theplant, which we will use to produce cord elastic AB yarn. The initial designedmaximum twist of FA415roving frame is74.2twist/m by looking from the twist table,and the production of which can not be machining by circular knitting machinery. Inthe following we research how to spin out larger twist yarn by FA415roving frame, atlast we put forward the four kinds of methods, then comparative analysis of theadvantages and disadvantages of various methods. Finally we increase the number ofteeth of the front roller drive shaft gear, the number of teeth are gradually increasingand the number are separately set up for80T,100T,115T,13T,140T,160T, at thelimitation of equipment’s space, we chose the gear with160t teeth, after thetransformation of the FA415roving frame it can twist yarn with130twist/m.We place a guide frame on the top of the roving frame and install a tensionadjusting device which can adjust the position of the core yarn after research rovingframe’s configuration in order to let the FA415roving frame can produce core elasticAB yarn. Following we introduced the internal structure of tension device: first it’sthe metering system for tension of core yarn, after state the principle of tension devicewe decide to adopt the capacitive displacement sensor for testing tension in theprocess of yarn production. Second it’s the core yarn feed roller, we represent theessential factor for selecting the core yarn feed roller and find out that J463typerubber roller is the most suitable of the core yarn feed roller, it can hold the core yarnfirmly. Third it’s how to bring about controlling the yarn’s tension, it transmit datainstruction after contrasting the value of yarn in the production process and settingtension value, then transform the speed of feed roller to adjust the value of yarn’stension, so that it stables the tension value of core yarn and reduces yarn unevennessof irregularity. Ultimately we explain how to produce core yarn that add a core yarnguide devise to fix core yarn’s place, make sure the core yarn is in the centre of thespinning triangular space and form cladded yarn.We devise the process of yarn production: A002bale plucker—A006blendinghopper—A034step cleaner—A036porcupine opener—A092collecting box—A076batt frame—FA224cotton opener—FA306draw frame—FA415bobbin and flyframe. In the stage of each process we represent its technological parameter and small-scale change each device by turn to relative information, these are all forguarantying yarn’s quantity.In the draw frame stage we prepare raw material for processing AB yarn, firstpolyester fiber and cotton fiber are mixed at the process of carding and opening andpicking then machining by draw frame, we produce draw sliver which twice and tripleprocess by draw frame, the draw sliver’s linear density is14g/5m. At the same timewe also use these devices to produce separately polyester fiber and cotton draw sliverwhich linear density are7g/5m. Finally in the frame after three batches of theproduction, will terylene two way and bars, terylene three word article and article,polyester and cotton sliver merger sliver feeding roving frame of drawing area, fancyyarn production.Finally, the knitting process of the design, the use of this product produce knittedfabrics, and then after dyeing processing, is yarn appearance directly show AB yarnappearance effect. To observe the fabric appearance effect, evaluation of yarn qualityand appearance characteristics.
