In this paper, through the study of straighteningprinciple and straightening technology of straightening machine, the mathematical modelof straightening force and straightening roller bending deformation are stablished. thebending deformation of straightening roller is simulated through software programming,through which we can find out the thick and narrow plate need roll bending operationmore to ensure the quality of plate shape. Through the analysis of bending operation, themathematical model of bending roller hydraulic cylinder stroke is set up, based on thestraightening roller bending deformation. The function is realized by softwareprogramming. through the shape quality steel plate was improved in practical application,the device’s potential. By applying it the plate shape quality is improved obviously in thepractice, and the equipment potential is realized.
