Induction quenching could rapid heat the parts to the heat treatment temperature, butthe development of induction heating power limited its application. With the rapiddevelopment of the induction heating power, induction quenching technology has beensubstantial improved, and further promoted the development of induction quenchingmachine. The development of PLC and CNC technology and functional components madethe function of the modern induction quenching machine improved greatly. However, atpresent, most of the induction quenching machine NC system failed to provide thefunction of processing parameters systematized management. It made problems when theelements need to recheck. Therefore, the manufactures are in urgent need of the CNCsystem which could provide the management system of processing parameters.In order to improve the production efficiency, establish long-term quality trackingsystem of products, reduce the rejection rate of the products, create a virtuous cycle ofprocessing environment, this project studied several key technologies for the special NCsystem of the medium-frequency quenching based on the basic fuction of HNC-8system.Based on depth understanding of the architecture and medium-frequency quenchingmachine equipment control requirements of the HNC-8system, the basic movements andequipment processing parameters recording of the medium-frequency quenching machineequipment were studied.Based on the basic movement of medium-frequency quenching equipment, itdeveloped the processing parameters setting interface, realized a more concise list anddocument management of the processing parameters, which can modify, save, chose orload the processing parameters. Based on the motion control of the medium-frequencyquenching equipment, it developed the intelligent G code generation and managementmechanism, and wrote a PLC program to respond to the user-defined M code, which couldrealize the special function.Based on the medium-frequency quenching equipment processing parametersrecording requirements, it developed the processing parameters sampling and monitoringinterface, and realized the function of data acquisition and management. At last, itintroduced the Analytic Hierarchy Process for data optimization, and established dataoptimization model for two different working conditions. It could help to improve theintelligent development of the CNC system.
