Study On Separate Collection Mode Of Solid Waste In Neighborhoods Based On The Idea Of Environmental Protection First

As an important mean for municipal solid waste reduction, harmlessness andresource recovery, separate collection has been paid more and more attention. Though thenumber of domestic city, which hurried to start the implementation of waste classifiedcollection, raised constantly, rarely see one well carried out. With the phenomenon ofgarbage surrounding city is increasingly serious, and the crisis of municipal solid wastepollution intensifies, It is particularly important to the promotion of separate collection ofMSW. The key factor to make separate collection of MSW work successful is whether todevelop effective separate collection mode.This paper analyzed the status quo of separate collection at home and abroad, andsummarized the recent research of separate collection of MSW, then concluded that theider of Resource First dose not apply for separate collection of MSW in our country. Sothis paper makes the idea of Environmental Protection First as the guiding ideology, focuson urban neighborhoods, striving to develop a reasonable, effective mode of separatecollection, then spread it in other functional areas.This paper took Baoan Area in Shenzhen for example, according to its municipalsolid waste five treatment status, waste component and socio-economic situation,developed proposals of separate collection in Neighborhoods of Baoan Area based on theidea of Environmental Protection First, then applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to assess mode from three aspects: environmental benefits, economic benefits andtechnical difficulty, by determining specific evaluation index weight with the data inactual research. Finally we selected out the best separate collection scheme.
