| J056fine boring machine is a machine to process camshaft hole for cylinder. Based onthe practical project, the J056fine boring machine control system was upgraded in this paper.First, process of J056fine boring machine is studied. working process and systemproblems is introduced. General design scheme of the j056fine boring machine controlsystem is determined. Then,based on the design of control scheme, speed control of S7-300and S120、the positioning mode and back to zero mode is introduced in the control system, toachieve precise positioning and rapid response. At last, intelligent PID control theory isadopted. The controlled object output can accurately follow the input signal changes. Theprecision of the system is improved. Dynamic demand is met in the system in the productionprocess.Siemens Sinamics S120servo drives is adopted in this system. In the networkcommunications, PROFIBUS-DP and DRIVE-CLIQ hybrid network is realized. A completeset of motion control system is formed. In this paper, hardware configuration, networkconfiguration, interface design and control program design are introduced in detail. Finally,the scene boring machine control debugging, to transform the system requirement andeffective operation. By using software and hardware methods, it can improve antidisturbanceof controlling system.This control system has been put into production use, fast speed, high precision, stablerunning, got the customer’s high praise. |
