Coal mine that has the threatening environment, the complex process and higherfrequency accidents. Statistical study shows that96.5%of coal mine’s accidents are caused byunsafe behavior. So, the research of miners’ unsafe behavior intervention has importantsignificance. The paper make a study on the combination intervention used the relevant theoryand method of economics, safety management and system dynamics. Following is the maincoverage:Firstly, this paper expounded the relevant theories of of miners’ unsafe behavior.Used theevolutionary game theory constructed the game models of safety miner and supervisor as wellas miner and miner. Though the analysis of the game model, it clarified the evolution law ofcoal miners’unsafe behavior.From the study show that coal miners’unsafe behavior is closelyrelative to the number of safety miners and safety regulators’ intervention.Secondly, according to the analyse results of the evolution law of miners unsafebehavior, cleared the definition, principle and objectives of combination intervention tominers’ unsafe behavior.Used the method of literature research, questionnaire andsemi-structured interview constructed the set of combination intervention strategies for unsafebehavior, and designed intervention strategies questionnaire, distributed questionnaires andananlysis the reclaimed questionnaires by SPSS, carried on a empirical research of theintervention strategy.Finally, the paper take the miners’ unsafe behavior factors as the basis, constructed theintervention cause and effect model, and the miners’ unsafe behavior combined interventionSD model from seven aspects respectively: physiology, psychology, safety values, behaviorability, work environment, organizational management and safety behavior. Use the theory ofof the system dynamics built the subsystem and intervention model of miners’ unsafe behavior, then carried on a simulation research on the SD model, and compared the result ofthe simulation output. The paper illustrated the effectiveness of each intervention strategies.According to the results of SD simulation, designed miners’ unsafe behavior interventionprocess and implementation steps of intervention strategy.Through the study which provide a guidance for intervening unsafe behavior andreducing human accident.
