Abstract/Summary:
The research on special thick coal seam overburden broken rule in fully mechanizedcaving is rare at home and abroad, but movement and failure of overburden are directlyrelated to water flowing fractured zone, it can make surface and underground water in miningscope pour into underground and threaten the safety of underground operation. Due to thisfact, it has important economic and social significance to study special thick coal seamoverburden movement and failure law.Taken the engineering geological conditions of Hu Jia He of Binchang mining area,through studying different mining height (10m,8m,6m)of caving process by using themethod of physical simulation experiment, analysis overlying strata disciplinarian of miningfissured rock mass movement and crack extension,and the water flowing fractured height isabout14~18times the height of mining, determining the reasonable mining height of4.8~7.9m.The rich water covered rock extra-thick coal seam fully mechanized caving miningoverburden failure disciplinarian are studied by Finite difference numerical simulationmethod, to analysis the damage field,and stress field in the process of overlying strata, and themining width under different height of water flowing fractured zone changes, and reasonableworking face is suggested160m~180m in the first mining area.To rely on experiments and field investigations, combined with the roof "three zones"theory, caving zone and fractured zone mathematical model to calculate the impact of twowith a high degree of correlation between physical quantities, analyzing its final formmathematical principles. On this basis, combined with the actual analysis of the impact of water flowing fractured zone height of the main factors working face length, mining thickness,face plagioclase, rock lithology. Also analyzed the water-rich overburden of the three basicstructures and conditions of caving structure overlying strata movement arch-beam structure,movement arch structure is essentially the movement of the beam structure conversionprocess.Based on the experimental results it combine with Hu Jiahe coal mine first miningworking face geological condition, and analyze the relation of the influence of the waterflowing fractured zone height between the factors by using multiple linear regression, andgive the corresponding calculation formula.compared with the actual situation of productionunits, it has high accuracy and good reliability and certain reference value.
