Compared with top coal caving method,the fully mechanized mining method with large mining height has the advantages of high recovery rate,high efficiency and large ventilation section,so it is more and more widely used in thick coal seam mining.However,with the increase of mining height,the difficulty of roof management has increased significantly,which has become the primary problem faced by the application of fully mechanized mining with large mining height.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the research on the ground pressure law and control technology of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.Taking the 1301 first mining face of Lichun coal mine as the research object,this paper studies the key data of coal seam roof overburden structure,weighting step distance,pressure influence range,support adaptability,fracture zone development height,floor specific pressure and other key data by theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and field measurement.The study concluded,6.8 m,of direct top thickness of 1301 face Breakdown 25 m;9.9 m,old top thickness 80 m,for initial collapse Cycle Breakdown m.20-26 Deformation of top side of outer ring roadway is less than 100 mm,Meet the requirements of roadway reuse,verified the reliability of 25 m coal pillar and roadway support.Average working resistance KN,9700 75% of rated resistance,The support can meet the support requirements,And the work resistance is brought into full play,But we need to further strengthen the support and balance force,Shorten beam end distance,Ensure support status.10.29 MPa,of the specific pressure of the bottom plate measured using a static pressure gauge Meet the ground pressure requirements of the support.51.5 m,of development height of fracture zone measured on site using double-end water plugging device It provides the design basis for the height of high pumping roadway and the height of water exploration and discharge.
