In the recent years,with the continuous development of the economy,the requirement ofthe surface coating quality of the aluminum profile product by the market is becoming higherand higher, currently, the traditional manual spraying can’t meet the requirements of thealuminum surface coating, and the price of the foreign spraying equipments is very exorbitant,so it is very necessary to design a kind of aluminum product surface spraying equipment tosuit for domestic. Automatic spraying machine has the advantages of high spraying efficiency,film thickness uniformity, and low surrounding environment pollution and so on.Design for the aluminum product spraying equipment has been deeply researched in thispaper, and focus on the adjustment device of film thickness uniformity and its structure ofinnovative design of the excess paint material recovery unit. The following are the mainworks and conclusion of this thesis:1、According to the problem of the surface coating film thickness and film thicknessuniformity of the aluminum profile product, the paint material space distribution model hasbeen researched, the flow distribution curve of paint material atomized spray into theworkpiece surface has been analysis, the formula of spray paint material stack has beendeduced through the velocity distribution theory of W.Tollmien, having discussed theinfluence of spraying distance and spraying angle to control the surface coating film thicknessand film thickness uniformity.2、Based on the purpose of designing a spray machine of high production efficiency, highcoating utilization rate, good coating quality and so on, researching and determining theoverall structure design scheme of the atomization lacquer material spraying room withnozzles. According to the control of the surface coating film thickness and film thicknessuniformity, designing the nozzle frame transmission mechanism, to adjust the radial mobileand the angle swinging of the nozzles, the nozzle frame is optimal designed by screw driveand combination of screw drive and crank-slider mechanism. In view of the problems of thelow paint recycling efficiency and environmental pollution by the aerosol paint can’t beenrecycled, designing effective recovery equipment by excess paint material liquefactionstructure and wire mesh filter to recycle the excess paint material.3、Based on the kinematics simulation of ADAMS, the nozzle frame drive mechanismhas been analysis. Firstly, establish the three-dimensional model in the SolidEdgeenvironment. Secondly, import the three-dimensional model into ADAMS through theparasolid format, and then add constraint vice and movement. Finally, carry out simulation experiments, preliminary validation the design scheme of the nozzle frame drive mechanismaccording to the results of the analysis.4、Build the test platform of the nozzle frame drive mechanism. Measure and record thetest date of displacement and angle of this actuator, obtain the displacement-angle diagram,analysis the experimental results and verify the rationality of this scheme of transmissionmechanism design, also this research can provide support for future further design of theautomatic spraying equipment.
