| According to the requirements of the chlorella farming and wastewater treatment, a20L tank photobioreactor, which has simple operation, low price, high utilization of light energy and CO2and can be used for high density culture of Chlorella sp., was designed. Based on the device process, the various components of the photobioreactor were installed and illustrated with the specific methods and procedures of culture of Chlorella sp. in the tank photobioreactor be introduced.On the basis of the tank photobioreactor, by measuring the changes of light intensity through different optical path and different concentrations of Chlorella sp. and combining with analysis of light attenuation law of Lambert-Beer, the chlorella sp. light attenuation model in the tank photobioreactor was built as I=Ioexp[-(0.10487+0.336450D686)L]. It showed that along with the increase of Chlorella sp. cell concentration and optical path, the light intensity decreased rapidly, under the same optical path, the light intensity decreased with the increase in the density of Chlorella sp. cells. The stirring speed, the gas velocity and the CO2concentration in the three parameters which effected Chlorella sp. culture were optimized to obtain the the Chlorella sp. culture preferred optimal conditions for the stirring speed of100r/min, gas velocity of10ml/min, CO2concentration of5%.Based on the composition and characteristics of coal chemical wastewater and Chlorella sp. structure of nutrients needed for growth, the tank photobioreactor was used to culture Chlorella sp. for the treatment of coal chemical wastewater. Combined with conical flask used to culture Chlorella sp. for the treatment of coal chemical wastewater. the treatment effect is more significant. N, P nutrition element removal rate were as high as72.79%and92.75%, COD removal rate was61.5%and the total salt removal rate was42.8%. |
